Recovering/Healing/Getting better has been a long and arduous journey/process/struggle. Every day brings challenges/obstacles/difficulties, but I am determined to move forward/make progress/keep going.

I've learned that strength/resilience/determination comes from within, and that even in the darkest of times, there is always a glimmer of hope/light/possibility.
